Gannako is a subscription-based e-commerce platform. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all store owners.

Subscription Billing

Understanding how our subscription billing works:

Monthly Plans

Billed on the same date each month. You can cancel anytime, and your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Annual Plans

Billed once per year at a discounted rate. Eligible for pro-rated refunds within the first 30 days.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Polar. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. We send renewal reminders 7 days before your billing date.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate Gannako before committing.

Trial Extension: If you need more time to evaluate, contact our support team. We're happy to extend your trial on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Self-Service

Cancel directly from Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel Plan. No need to contact support.

Access Until Period End

Your store remains active until the end of your paid period.

Data Export

Export your products, orders, and customer data before cancellation.

Reactivation

Resubscribe anytime within 30 days to restore your store data.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Annual Plan - First 30 DaysFull refund minus any usage feesEligible

Refund Process

How to request and receive a refund:

Submit Request

Email billing@gannako.com with your account email and reason for refund request.

Review (1-2 Business Days)

Our billing team reviews your request and verifies eligibility.

Processing (3-5 Business Days)

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Confirmation

You'll receive email confirmation once the refund is complete.

Bank Processing: Depending on your bank, refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in these situations:

  • 01Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
  • 02Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support
  • 03Purchases made with promotional or discounted pricing (unless otherwise stated)
  • 04Add-on services that have already been fully delivered
  • 05Requests made more than 60 days after the original charge

Disputes: If you believe you're entitled to a refund that was denied, please email legal@gannako.com to escalate. We review all disputes fairly.
