Service Agreement
Gannako provides a multi-tenant e-commerce platform that allows businesses to create and manage online stores. By signing up for an account or using our services, you agree to:
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Platform Usage
As a store owner on Gannako, you receive:
Store Infrastructure
Fully managed hosting, SSL certificates, and CDN for your store
Admin Dashboard
Complete tools to manage products, orders, customers, and analytics
Payment Processing
Integration with local and international payment gateways
Support
Access to documentation, community forums, and customer support based on your plan
Billing & Subscriptions
Subscription Plans
Gannako offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Usage Limits
Each plan includes specific limits for products, orders, storage, and bandwidth. Exceeding limits may result in overage charges or service restrictions.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Gannako to:

- 03Distribute malware, spam, or conduct phishing attacks
- 04Violate intellectual property rights of others

Violations: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without prior notice or refund.
Liability Limitations
Gannako provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Lost profits or revenue due to service interruptions
- Data loss due to circumstances beyond our control
- Actions of third-party services or payment providers
- Content posted by store owners or their customers
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
